How long does it take to complete a design?

Turnaround depends on the service:
– Personalised designs: 2–5 working days
– Branding: 7–14 days
– Web design: 2–4 weeks
We always confirm deadlines before starting and keep you informed.

Do I need to pay upfront?

Yes, payment is usually required upfront for services under £100.
For larger projects, we accept a 50% deposit, with the balance due on completion.

How many revisions are included?

Each package includes a set number of changes (typically 2–3). Extra revisions can be made at a small additional cost, which we’ll agree on beforehand.

What file formats will I receive?

We provide print- and web-ready JPG, PNG, and PDF files. Editable formats (e.g. PSD, Canva, or SVG) may be included in advanced packages or on request.

Do you offer printing services?

We are a design-only studio, but we can recommend trusted UK-based printers. Your files will be fully ready to send to print.

Will I be able to update my website myself?

Yes. We build on Wix and Squarespace, so you can easily update your own text, prices, and images. We also offer a handover session or guide to get you started.

What if I need a design that’s not listed?

No problem. Just send us a message with what you need, and we’ll confirm whether we can help and provide a custom quote.
